The North Cascades Initiative works by looking at the intersections between Conservation, Local Communities and Recreation. The North Cascades are home to more than three million people, outdoor recreation experiences as amazing as any in the world and a system of connected land, water and wildlife that provides unique beauty, as well as environmental and economic benefits to all of us.

Our shared vision will lead us to action that will preserve this incredible landscape for future generations.
